I wanted to add my user group "RTG_RacingTeamGermany" user. This does not work because I get the following message.

"You do not have the Necessary permissions to complete this operation."

It would be great if you can help me. .

Hi Flip,

your user "Flip" is the group leader as you can see (your are already a member):
memberlist.php?mode=group&g=25220

Leaders can manage (remove, ...) users from membership, but they can't add members (we disabled it, due to some leaders was adding users without their permission). Instead, users can add them self to a group by their user panel:
ucp.php?i=176

I have deleted "racing team germany" group.

Groups/Clans explanation:
- Forum users ask -private message- to an administrator about make a new -public or with approbation- group, or delete an existent one -which the user is owner/leader-. Admins make the group, or remove it, and set the user as a leader.

- Users can:
* Add/Join them self to a public group, or solicitude to become a member (need approbation by the group leader/s).
* Resign from a group (Leave the group)
* Demote from a group (Leave the leadership and become a normal member)
A user can do these actions selecting a group and selecting one of these options at the bottom of the groups section from the user control panel (ucp):
ucp.php?i=176

- Leaders can:
* Approve solicitude (on groups with solicitude approbation).
* Remove members.
Adding users by leaders is now disabled due the bad behavior of some leaders. They was adding users without their permission.
Leaders can do these actions through the "Manage users" link, in the group administration section from the ucp:
ucp.php?i=groups&mode=manage
