how to obtainig back your old signature

hi, i missed a couple of years of this beautiful game, and i saw that giant step ahead were made. i'm happy for all who deservet it contribuiting to perfection it in these times.

now i have a question: is is possible to have back the old signature where automically was said your rank, fastest laps, victories, etc?

2 additional questions:

1) if i do some time trials with radom weather, why do i get a wet track (with no rain showed, but it could depend on my settings) while the weather forecast shows me a burning sun?

2) why some tracks, like nurburgring, don't have drs enabled? does it reflect real rules?
